Songs of Glimmerwick: Calendar, Seasons and Festivals

A recorded school year has four 14-day seasons followed by an endless spring. Check your own calendar: the player who recorded the dates says quest progress can change them.

Year and clock

A player’s first-year walkthrough runs through Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter, each to day 14, followed by an endless spring. Eastshade Studios also described an endless spring after the first year in an April 2026 developer reply. The reply says important events pause the clock until attended; it predates release and does not independently verify every current save.

Events in one recorded playthrough

In that player’s run, Spring 12 brought Forests & Fairies, Spring 13 Clover’s market and Spring 14 the Seaflower Festival. Summer 7–8 was the camping trip, Summer 13 the Music Festival and Summer 14 another Forests & Fairies meeting. Fall 13 was the Pumpkin Moon Festival; Winter 14 was the Starry Night Celebration. Their walkthrough explicitly warns that quest progress can change dates. Check invitations and the in-game calendar rather than assuming a meeting is active in every save.

Use your active quest prompts

Clover’s market followed the player’s work on her tulips; plan the errand around your displayed event date. The developer’s demo-era explanation describes event markers waiting for attendance, but it does not prove recovery from every bug or every possible quest state in version 1.09. The 28 October 1.09 notes report fixes for Fern’s Confrontation conflicting with the Seaflower Festival and classmates missing in Fall; they do not promise that all affected saves are repaired.
