Songs of Glimmerwick: Where to Find Thyme
For an early Wild Thyme route, go up into town to the boy selling mud pies, clear the tree blocking the nearby path and look in the garden beyond it. The ingredient is also listed at Bellian Moor.
Follow the mud-pie seller landmark
In an accepted Steam reply, a player directs you up into town to the boy selling mud pies. Near him is a path blocked by a tree; cut the tree and continue to the older woman's garden to find thyme. Look for Wild Thyme elsewhere
The inventory ingredient is called Wild Thyme. Weki's item table also lists foraging spots across Glimmerwick and Bellian Moor and says all seasons; its footer claims coverage through version 1.08b. That table is useful for choosing an area, but its counts and seasonal rule have not been checked in a 1.09 save. The sources used here do not establish a reliable shop purchase route.
Reserve it for brewing or a habitat
Weki lists two Wild Thyme and two Marjoram for Potion of Befuddlement. A Griffin Habitat uses five Wild Thyme as well as Thistle, Wild Mint and Twigs. If you are gathering for one of those tasks, keep the ingredient until the recipe is complete.
