Songs of Glimmerwick: Sprinkler Coverage and Placement
A player-authored Steam guide describes a Sprinkler Plant watering a 5-by-5 area and triggering another sprinkler inside that area. Water the first plant and check the plots and chain in your garden; the guide does not identify its game build.
Plan around the reported 5-by-5 area
SpaudItt's Steam plant guide describes each Sprinkler Plant as covering a 5-by-5 area. Water the plant once for the day's surrounding plots, then inspect the wet plots before committing the rest of your garden to that pattern. The guide was updated on 7 October 2026 and does not state a build or provide a measured tile diagram, so its boundary has not been independently checked here in 1.09.
Place the next sprinkler inside the area
The same player guide says a second Sprinkler Plant inside the first plant's 5-by-5 area is triggered when the first is watered. Put the second within that reported area, water the first and check that the second activates and the intended plots become wet. The guide does not establish whether overlapping spray has any additional effect.
Where to get one
Weki's item record lists Kavita, Mel and Lusina as sellers in all seasons, at 120 Gold Petals each. The unofficial database labels its own information as current through 1.08b. An exact control for recovering an already planted sprinkler remains unconfirmed by the original evidence checked here, so consider the placement before planting.
