For the Sentinel Shrub quest, brew a high-quality Potion of Hardiness with one Twig and two Cut Grass, then give it to Martha. Sturdiness is not verified as an official item name.
Identify the quest item
The English quest text reproduced by the 1.08b-labeled Weki reference asks for a high-quality Potion of Hardiness for Martha at the Sentinel Shrub south of Wisk. A Japanese player’s own journal describes the same blocked-shrub quest and high-quality potion hand-in. The search term Sturdiness is not established as an official English alias; identify the item by the active quest rather than assuming similarly named potions are interchangeable.
Learn and brew it
The player’s recipe record gives one Twig and two Cut Grass for the potion taught in the first potion class; their quest journal records making the high-quality bottle after the Spring 4 lesson. Practice the learned recipe and brew with those ingredients. The unofficial item reference lists 70 practice points for High Quality with Potion Mastery Help off; its mechanics page says the assist setting lowers the threshold. Check the displayed quality, particularly if you use an assist. These reference numbers are labeled up to 1.08b, not independently tested in 1.09.
Give the bottle to Martha
Return to Martha by the shrub on the southern route from Wisk and hand over the high-quality bottle. The Japanese player’s record reports that completing this step lets them pass the shrub. If your journal asks for another item, follow its wording: the evidence here concerns this quest, not every use of the search phrase.
